I work with sensitive and stressed women to create and achieve their holistic wellness goals.
I am a certified holistic health and life coach, professionally trained Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience.
As a highly sensitive and trauma informed practitioner,
I love working with other sensitive souls.
Together we will uncover the beliefs that are holding you back and create doable action steps to move you forward with self awareness.
